WHAT IS XBAG?
X Bag is a device used for functional training, i.e. aimed at evenly strengthening the entire body.
The main advantage of such training is the involvement of many muscle groups at the same time - including deep muscles , which are not trained during traditional gym training.
Training with the X Bag allows you to quickly improve your overall physical condition and develop an athletic figure.

✅ Very durable material
The X Bag is made of a very strong multi-layer material, the same material used to make DBX Bushido punching bags, considered to be one of the most durable ones on the market.
The material used is resistant to weather conditions and easy to keep clean . Even if you prefer outdoor training, you can be sure that the device will not be damaged or dirty.
All seams were made with very durable core threads that are resistant to damage and moisture. The additional use of piping provides additional protection for seams in places exposed to mechanical damage.

The X Bag is equipped with 2 break-resistant and comfortable handles. The internal structure of the device has been designed in such a way as to protect the handles against breaking even when using heavy loads.
The main advantage of the X Bag is the ability to adjust the weight yourself.
You decide what weight to use in your exercises and when your form has become so good that it is worth increasing the weight of the device. This solution will ensure continuous training progress without the need to purchase additional equipment.
The device contains 3 inserts that you receive as a set - you can fill them with any filler (e.g. sand, gravel, etc.). You can fill each of the covers to a different weight, which will allow you to easily change the load. You can also use all inserts at the same time to obtain the maximum weight of the device. If you like outdoor training or want to stay in good shape while traveling, you don't have to travel with heavy luggage because you can fill the device on site using generally available fillers.
Note: the weight of the device depends on the filler used. The maximum weight recommended by the manufacturer is 40 kg. Together with the device, you will receive detailed instructions presenting various filling methods. The design of the X Bag ensures that it maintains its proper shape regardless of its weight.
